Centrally located youth hostel in Amsterdam

This youth hostel is in the perfect location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, we had a TV, sink, space - it was everything we wanted. Cosmos is two blocks from the red light district and close to everything else. There's a nice coffee shop (El Guapo) right across the alleyway. This is my favorite hostel.

My favorit youth hostel in Amsterdam

We were greeted with a warm welcome by Issi. Room was clean and bedding was clean. First place we stayed at on our Europe trip. Nice location, near to Amsterdam centraal train station and red light district. This will be a place I will recommend to others to stay.

Realy friendly Hostel

Really friendly hostel. Best welcome I've had from a hostel. The guys working there especially (Yazine) was great and made us feel really welcome. Yazine was knowledgable and informative. I'd definitely stay here again.

Not a bad location and the staff was great. However, I'm not quite sure why this hostel got such high reviews. I've stayed in plenty of hostels around Europe and this one was defintely my least favorite. The rooms were not clean, the hall bathroom was ridiculously small and didn't have a sink, and there was no bar as claimed by their site. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

I had an excellent time there! Great staff and really good atmosphere. There is a kind cat that is always walking around the building and you can see as many movies as you wish! By the way they have a nice breakfast in the morning, for free! Very good location, everything was sooo closeby.
