Bathrooms were filthy. My handbag was stolen from my bed while I was asleep. Security was completely unsatisfactory, no lockers and around 3 large dorm rooms accessed by the same key, hence about 30 people with access to your belongings. Even though I had booked, there were no beds available on arrival, eventually they found a bed for me after I refused to leave, as I had proof of my booking.

If you want your stuff stolen at 4am because the desk clerk was asleep and then have to pay for the next night because you check out early, then by all means, stay here. It was not what I expected at all. The shower was flooded and distgusting, the beds were warped and thin, and the common room was dirty. My friends and I decided to stay because we were only sleeping there. However, one morning there was a woman screaming for help and then a few moments later the police were at our door. Apparently, she had copied a key and used it to enter a room in our section and was in the process of taking a bag when a man stopped her. We tried to check out the next morning but there was a line. We got helped at 10:20 and were charged for that night because we did not give 24 hours notice and did not give our keys before 10. The man before us in line was complaining for 30 mintues because the desk clerk had given a copy of his key to someone who claimed to be a friend of his.
