Hello Vietnam Hotel is number one in Hanoi
Loved our stay at Hello Vietnam Hotel! We booked for 2 nighst but ended up staying for most of a week. The staff are amazing!! So friendly. The rooms are great - some are better than others as some have balconies and better bathrooms but they are all still great rooms. Nice teak furniture and comfy beds. Booked our Halong Bay trip through them as well which was really great. The staff are so accommodating and

Excellent Hotel
Our party of 3 booked our first 2 nights in VN with Hello Vietnam hOtel before we finalised our travel plans and when we wanted to book further nights with HVH, they were unfortunately booked out so we had to go elsewhere.
Although we could not secure room at HVH, we liked the genuine (very RARE in VN!!!) warmth of the two receptionists so much that we kept dropping by to say hi.
In fact, our alternative hotel was such a horrible nightmare that we had to call up HGH up at 10.30PM hoping for a last minute cancellation - which fortunately for us, there were!
We were so all so happy to be back at HGH and they were also very kind in their welcoming of us (it was approaching their bedtime).
HGH and its two lovely receptionists (morning and night shifts) will forever stay in our hearts and are one of the rare things we enjoyed about VN. The hotel is clean and affordable. The staff is friendly, professional and is not trying to 'sell' but merely to help.

Good price for stay in Hanoi
I have stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and i have found this one to be the best in its price range, with an added bonus of free breakfast and 5 computers with Hi speed internet, along with wi -fi access. It is ideally situated in The Old Quarter for backpackers just outside the main shopping and drinking zone, but literally a few minutes walk and your there! With Friendly staff, nice clean homey rooms, all with hot water showers and Cable TV!

Lovely hotel i stay in Vietnam for ever
We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Vietnam Hotel. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable with t.v, fridge, air con and hot water and breakfast was included in the price and free internet. It is in a good location in the old quarter within walking distance to lake and most of the sights. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and Micheal was great at helping us with our travel plans sorting out train tickets and other trips we wanted to do. They let us leave our big bags at the guesthouse while we were away for a few days at a time on trips and gave us use of a room for a couple of hours to shower and change when we got back in the morning after an over nite train journey and were catching another train later that day. Would definitley stay again if in Hanoi.

Best Hotel in Hanoi
I've been travelling for 10 months on this trip, and this is the best and friendliest place I've stayed. The staff were super helpful and took a lot of time to make me feel welcome when I arrived. The rooms were great - really clean, good hot water, all in all excellent value. But it's the staff that make this place a cut above the rest.
