Mamanuca Group – Popular with divers, surfers and the like, this handful of tiny islands off the west coast of Viti Levu are home to white sand beaches, lovely reefs and colourful fish. They are also home to many birds and reptiles.

Nadi – The third largest town in Figi, set against a mountainous backdrop, it relies almost totally on tourism offering anything from diving, horse riding, rafting or simply lazing around in the sun.

Vanau Levu – Although still relatively undeveloped, this second largest island of the Fijian archipelago, has the second largest population. For an insight into the traditional way of life of the Fijians, this is an interesting place to visit. Although it is a volcanic island, good snorkelling, diving, kayaking and bird watching can be found here
