St. Louis Zoo - General admission is free to this 90-acre zoo featuring 700 different species of creatures. Some of the exhibits and vents do require a small fee but are well worth it like the sea lion show and new children's zoo where children can pet different animals. Visit big cat country, the primate house and the elephant exhibit–The River's Edge.
Worlds of Fun – Annually thousands of visitors make a stop by World of Fun in Kansas City where the worlds of high tech rides and old school thrill rides collide. Families can enjoy the par together with an area dedicated to the smaller members of the family. There are several bone chilling roller coasters to choose from.
Silver Dollar City - Take a trip back in time at Silver Dollar City located in Branson. The park's theme is mountain homestead living. Visitors can try their hand at many skillful crafts such as glass blowing and pottery making. Many crafts makers sell their crafts to many of the visitors. The park also includes many amusement rides and is host to festivals and special events through out the year.
