MIAMI ATTRACTIONS Add your favourite attraction
Venetian Pool – Venetian Pool is one of the area’s top attractions and a wonderful historic landmark. The water park that looks like it is taken right off of a postcard was carved out of a coral rock quarry in the 1920's. More like a work of art the park offers public swimming amidst the perfect backdrop. The park is complete with waterfalls, coral caves and fountains.

Spanish Monastery – The oldest building in the Western hemisphere was originally built in Spain in 1141. William Randolph Hearst brought the building to Miami in pieces and then rebuilt it stone by stone. The once monastery is now the home of a church and is host to many tourists, wedding and special events.

Port of Miam – View some of the most state-of-the ships in the world all docked here at the Port of Miami. The heavily traveled port is an epicenter of those wishing to enter beautiful Miami. From here bots set sail for Mexico, South America, the Caribbean and Bahamas. In 1997 the port set a new world record with 3.2 visitors.

MIAMI RESTAURANTS Add your favourite restaurant
Little Havana - Reasonably priced and easily accessible Little Havana treats diners to the best Cuban cuisine in the area. The menu also offers a wide selection of regional favorites like lobster-stuffed yucca pastry. The atmosphere manages to combine simple and elegant in perfect balance.

Versailles - If you want to experience the true rich history of Miami then a visit to Versailles is a must. The service is impeccable and non-intrusive but so friendly you will think you are a guest at a friend's home. The menu features traditional Cuban cuisine including, authentic Cuban coffee. The restaurant is open almost 24 hours a day, serving early breakfast and late night dinners.

Larios on the Beach - Located on Ocean Drive in the heart of South Beach sits Larios on the Beach, owned by the famous Gloria Estefan. The restaurant is the areas hot spot and celebrity sightings are a common occurrence. The exceptional selection of Cuban entrées are reasonably prices and always fresh. An easy walk to any one of the city's hot nightspots makes Larios the perfect beginning or end to any evening.

MIAMI BEACHES Add your favourite beach
South Beach - South Beach is known as a trendy, sophisticated area that offers wonderful stretches of beaches in a lively and diverse environment. Not for the inhibited the beach allows topless sunbathing. The beach is rich with Miami's unique culture and is reflect even in the art deco style lifeguard towers. Surfing is not permitted but visitors can enjoy many other beach time activities

Crandon Beach - The water is calm and pristine along this two-mile long expanse of sandy white beaches. This is one of the most popular beaches in the area offering swimming, surfing, a family amusement center and many exceptional picnic areas.

Matheson Hammock Park Beach - Matheson Hammock Park Beach offers visitors a full-service marina making this the perfect spot for boating on the open waters. The area offers many picnic areas, a snack bar and restaurant. The man-made pool is continually flushed by the Biscayne Bay tides.

MIAMI CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES Add your favourite children's spot
Miami River Historical Jungle Tours - The two and a half hour long tours are fascinating to adults and children. Wind down the river learning all about Miami's history during this relaxing yet informative tour. Children will love listening to the many stories and tales of past times. Refreshments are provided during the tour.

Kendall Ice Arena - Enjoy indoor skating in the new hip spot in town, Kendall Ice Arena. The arena offers two ice surfaces perfect for figure skating and hockey. There is a sports shop located on-site perfect for finding the latest in sports equipment and apparel.

Malibu Grand Prix - Malibu Grand Prix encompasses 1,000 game selections in one of two arcades as well as miniature golf, bumper cars and boats, batting cages, go-carts and a roller coaster. Children and the young at heart will be entertained for hours indoors and out at one of the many high-energy activities.
