Computer History Museum - 1401 N. Shoreline Boulevard. This is a must for anyone interested in computers and their development. The museum houses many exhibitions that tell the story of the computing revolution, from it's origins up to the present. Guided tours are offered on Wednesday; Friday; and Saturday.
Shoreline Aquatic Center - Lakeside. This is the best place to go for watersports, and is a great place for the whole family to have fun outdoors. They offer a wide range of watersport; equipment hire; as well as instruction. There is also the Lakeside Cafe, which provides excellent refreshments.
Rengstorff House - Shoreline Boulevard. This house dates back to 1867 and was built by a German immigrant Henry Rengstorff, who was one of Mountain View's earliest settlers. This classic Victorian Italianate home should be on any visitor to Mountain View's to do list. |

Fiesta Del Mar Too - 735 Villa Street. This is one of the best places in town to go for some Mexican food, and it is very popular with locals and tourists alike. They serve a wide range of Mexican food, from tacos to fajitas. The food is great, service excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
The Cantankerous Fish - 420 Castro Street. This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Mountain View, and is very popular at lunch time. They serve a wide range of the est seafood in Town, and the prices are very reasonable.
Red Rock Coffee Company - 201 Castro Street. This is one of the best coffee shops in town, and is a great place to go for breakfast or a light lunch. They also serve the best coffee in Mountain View, that's why it is so popular with the locals, expecially at lunch time. |

Service is perfect, and the food is always satisfying. The menu is also large enough for many repeat visits. They make me feel like a queen when I visit. |

Molly MaGee's Irish Pub - 241 Castro Street. This Irish pub is one of the most popular in town, and is frequented by a mixed group of locals and tourists. This is a great place to relax, have a few drinks and meet some new people.
Club 101 - 821 W El Camino Real. This is one of the hottest nightclubs in Mountain View, and is very popular with a younger crowd of locals who want to party. DJs spinn all the latest dance music from around the world, to keep the party going all night long.
Sport's Page - 1431 Plymouth Street. This lively sports bar is one of the most popular bars in town, and is frequented by a mixed group of locals. There are a wide range of pub activities on offer, including pool; darts; and table soccer. There is also a big screen TV, which shows live sporting activities everyday. |

I have been going there now for 7 years and everyone that comes in says its like being back at home in their favorite bar. Cheap beers 2-3 bucks cheap mixed drinks and strong pool table, darts, shuffle board, and fooseball along with many touch screen games mix of people and ages. |

Bubb Park - Barbara Avenue & Montalto Drive. This is a great place to take the family to have some fun and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The park has many facilities on offer, including a basketball court; a children's playground; a soccer/football field; a horseshoe area; a picnic area; a softball field; and an outdoor volleyball court.
Castro Park - Toft Avenue & Latham Street. This is another excellent place to take the family for some fun and relaxation outdoors, amongst nature. The park has a number of facilities available, including a basketball court; a children's playground; a picnic area; and an outdoor volleyball court. |
