The House of Virgin Mary - Situated at the peak of Bulbul Mountain, it was discovered by Lazarist priests. According to the legend, St. John came to Ephesus with Virgin Mary five years after the crucifixtion of Jesus. It is believed that this is the place where Virgin Mary had spent her last days in 1891.

The Grand Bazaar is the biggest shopping center, and is situated near the Kusadasi Harbour. You can expect to find a large variety of leather clothes, gold jewellery and many souvenirs.
The Kusadasi Market is held every Friday, where you can find anything your heart desires. It starts at the bottom of a hill and winds its way up hill passing fruit and veg, olives, cheeses, honey, live stock, spices, jewellery and clothing stalls.
