TRENTO ATTRACTIONS Add your favourite attraction
Castello del Buonconsiglio - Via Bernardo Clesio 5. This castle is one of the top attractions in Trento and it is located in the town itself. It is one of the biggest castles in Italy and is made up of many different styles, the oldest part of the castle dates back to the 13th century. One of the castles highlights is the Torre dell' Aquila. This is a sight not to be missed when visiting Trento.

Abbey of St Lawernce - Via Pozzo 2. This is one of the most beautiful churches in Trento and dates back to the 12th century, and was one of the most frequented churhces during the period of the Catholic Council. The church is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which adds to the church's beauty. This is another must see activity in Trento.

Copper Museum - Via Val gola 22. This museum is housed in a 16th century vaulted rural building and contains around 3,000 copper objects dating from the Renaissance to the 20th century. The exhibitions include 16th century wash-basins; embossed barrels from 1542 and 1650; a 16th century Venetian lantern; pails; basins; goblets; and moulds for sweets and puddings.

Osteria A Le due Spade - Via Don A. Rizzi 11. This is one of the best restaurants in town, and is very popular with locals and tourists alike. They serve a range of authentic regional dishes, with a great selection of Italian wines. The food is outstanding and the prices reasonable, this is the place to go to sample some of the local cuisine.

Ristorante Pizzeria 4 stagioni - S. Vito di Cognola 36. This traditional ristorante and pizzeria is one of the most popular places in town, and is frequented by locals and tourists. They serve a wide range of regional and local dishes, the place to go if you want some of the best pizzas in town. The pizzeria is open from all day and the ristorante is open in the evening only.

Pizza Pause - Piazza Fiera 22. This is the best place for pizza in town, and is very popular with both the locals and tourists. They serve a wide range of the best pizzas by the slice and the prices are very reasonable. This is a great place to go to take a break from sightseeing and grabbing a bite to eat.

Antico Bar Commercio - Via Mantova 39. This is one of the most popular bars in Trento, and is frequented by a mixed crowd of locals and tourists. They serve a wide range of beers; spirits; and wines, the prices are very reasonable. This is a great place to go and have a few drinks while meeting some of the locals.

Rosa Alpina - Villazzano. This is one of the best dance clubs in town, and is popular with the young and trendy crowd of locals and tourists. They play a wide range of all the latest dance music that keeps the party going all night. This is a great place to go if you're looking to dance and party till the early hours of the next morning.

American Bar - Via F. Barbacovi 40/1. This American style bar is popular with locals, who want a taste of the US, and tourists, who are a bit homesick. They serve a wide range of beers; spirits; and wines, and the prices are reasonable. This is a great place to go and down a few cold ones and mingle with the locals, and fellow tourists.

TRENTO PARKS & GARDENS Add your favourite park & garden
Tre Cime del Monte Bondone Nature Reserve - Located just out of Trento, this nature reserve is one of the most beautiful in the whole region. The botanical garden in the reserve has more than 2,000 flower and plant species from the most important mountain ranges in the world. This is a great place to take a short hike through nature or just to kick back and relax, getting away from city life.

Val Breguzzo Adamello Brenta Natural Park - Located just out of Trento. This is another one of the most amazing parks found in this region. Here you can take a couple of short hikes, wandering through the beautiful landscape and waterfalls, mabye you'll even get to see the golden eagle. This the perfect place to go to get away from the busy city life.
