Villa Vittoriale - Via Vittoriale 12. This amazing villa was the home of Gabriele d'Annunzio, the poet and military adventurer. The villa houses a wide range of furnishings and decor from the 1930s, it also has some bizarre items on display, including D'Annunzio's death mask. This is an interesting monument and is well worth a visit.
Watersports - One of the main attractions of Lake Garda are the multitude of watersports and recreation activities available at the lake. You can choose from windsurfing; diving; swimming; boat rides; and many more. This is the place to go if you want to have fun in the sun and water, in beautiful surroundings.
Dolomites - These are one of the most fascinating sights in Lake Garda, the mountains are found just out of town and is well worth the trip. There are also guided tours on offer that take you up the mountain to all the beautiful viewing locations at the top of the various peaks. |

Al Volt - Via Fiume 73. This elegant restaurant is housed in a converted palace from the 15th century, and is one of the best in Lake Garda. They serve a range of Trentino-Alto Adige traditional cuisine, the tagliolini con ragu di tinca is highly recommended. The food is excellent and the prices are reasonable.
La Rocca - Piazza Cesare Battisti. This is another one of the excellent restaurants in town, it is housed in a castle on a tiny island on the lake. The decor is in a classic style, with marble floors and wooden furnishings. They serve an excellent range of delicious local dishes, including osso buco alla Milanese. The food is great and the prices are reasonable.
Ristorante La Stalla - Via dei Colli Strada per Il Vittoriale. This welcoming restaurant, in a garden circled by trees on a hill, is popular with the local families. It is housed in a handcrafted stone building with indoor and outdoor tables. They serve a wide range of international food at decent prices. Main courses cost around $12 and set menus cost around $18.75. |

Barracuda - Via dei Fabbri 11. This is one of the best pubs in Lake Garda and is popular with the locals and tourists alike. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. This is a great place to go and have a few drinks, while meeting some of the locals.
Nordkapp - Viale Rovereto 130. This pub has a fun and lively atmosphere and has a variety of pub games on offer, including pool and darts. It is very popular with both locals and tourists, and is a great place to go and have some fun; a few drinks and mingle with the locals.
Euphoria - Via A. Moro 35. This is one of the best night clubs in Lake Garda and is popular with a younger crowd of locals and tourists. They play a mix of R&B and house music. This is the place to go if you're looking to party and dance till the early hours of the morning. |

Gardaland - This is a great place to take the children, there are many activities for them to enjoy. This theme park offers a wide range of watersports and games for children of all ages. Gardaland offers fun for the whole family, come and have a picnic in the beautiful surroundings.
