SKIATHOS ATTRACTIONS Add your favourite attraction
Papadiamantis Museum – In the capital is the author’s own 140 year old house, which he required as a museum housing his possessions.

Panagia Elkonistra – This small monastery is 8km from town named after The Blessed Icon Painter who probably didn’t mind a drink or two as there is a grape arbor and taverna inside the walls (Sorry, no big screen sport which had not been invented in his time). On November 21st there is a festival in his honour.

Skotini, Glazia and Halkini Grottos – Spectacular grottos are east of Lalaria are well worth the trip. Skotini is very impressive with a small opening into the 20-foot cave with the many sandy coves to explore, get a boat and just do it.
