Atlantis Resort and Casino On Paradise Island – Massive over the top resort and casino is worth a trip just to see the opulence of it all, while you’re there you might as well try your luck.
Dolphin Encounters – Not only will you have a chance to swim with these highly intelligent creatures, but learn more about their behaviour and way of life. This is a really unique experience.
Fort Fincastle – Built in 1793 by the then governor Lord Dunmore high above the town with the 126-foot water tower and lighthouse at its peak. See the whole town in its glory from here.
Crystal Cay Park – Fantastic natural marine park where one descends below the surface to view the reef with its colourful fish and coral (the fish don’t even notice you are there). This is a treat for the non scuba diver.

Carib Cafe – Located in the British Colonial Club and serving tasty local and American food and some interesting mixtures of them both.
Graycliff – This is a real treat for the dining connoisseur and was voted one of the world’s top ten restaurants by a top American magazine. Located on West Hill Street and serving gourmet cuisine with a complimentary wine list. Enjoy elegant dining in a 230 year old estate.
Travellers Rest – Lovely down home style cooking at this restaurant right by the blue Caribbean waters in West Bay Street. Fresh local fish, friendly service, reasonable prices and stunning views, what more could you ask for.
Buena Vista – On Delancy St you’ll find some of the best seafood on the island at this popular destination. Very good choice on the menu and well presented.

The Dragon Club – At the Atlantis Casino resort the club DJs play a good selection from Marley to Mahler and everything in between. Great selection of cocktails at the well stocked bar.
The Jungle – South of the casino at Paradise Island this small club is frequented by yachties and much more of a casual atmosphere as unlike the casino there is no dress code here.
Drumbeat Club – On west bay this club is popular with locals as well as visitors and features Junkanoo music, traditional steel drums, fire dancing and while you are here why not see how low you can go in the limbo section.
Club Waterloo – About half a mile east of the Paradise Island Bridge, offering live music in a lovely lakeside setting

Rum Cake Factory – Not only a shop, but a restaurant, though if you stop for coffee and cake here there is the chance of being over the limit driving back to your hotel. This is a worthwhile stop for home made local sweet meats also.
Blue Hole Water Sports – This outlet is based in the Nassau Beach Hotel and stock locally produced crafts as well as island style clothing, jewellery and swimwear.
Straw Market – A sort of flea market were everything is up for sale, so look for your gifts here and you might even find a bargain or two. You will find the market trading daily downtown.
