MANILA ATTRACTIONS Add your favourite attraction
Intramuros - Bonifacio Drive and Padre Burgos Street - the massive walls stretch approximately 5 kms - originally a medieval walled city. National Museum of the Philippines - Valenciana Circle - take in the fascinating history and culture of the Philippine people.

Taal Volcano and Lake - Tel - 63 43 773 0192 - 60 kms south of Manila in Tagaytay City - supposedly the smallest volcano in the world, but with a difference. It's a volcano within a lake within a volcano. Take the 45 minute ride on a banca (wooden boat) to the volcano, then a 15 min hike to the top of the crator. It's worth the effort.

MANILA CUISINE Add your favourite dish
Filipino cuisine is a mixture of Chinese, Malay and Spanish influences. Merienda and pulutan are small snacks served with alcoholic drinks. Unripened papaya, fermented fish and small pieces of crispy pig skin are popular side dishes.

Cafe Havana - 1903 M Adriatico St, Manila - a good party vibe - serves exotic Caribbean dishes.
