Many of the properties on the site have relationships with leading travel agencies and other booking partners. To check prices and availability, you can click on the "Check Rates" or "See Prices" buttons on those hotel pages. . If no “Check Rates” button appears, your other option is to click on the URL listed in the Official Contact Details section at the top of the page, which will take you to the website of the individual property. Many of the listings on our site include phone numbers or a red "Email the Owner Directly" button to get in touch with owners via email.
- Can you forward questions to accommodations or businesses listed on Travel Library?
Unfortunately, we cannot forward questions or comments to the properties listed on the site. However, we include each property's direct contact information when it's available.
- I forgot my password.
You can reset your password here. Your new password will be sent to the email address connected to your account.
- I remember my password, but I can't log in.

In order to login you must activate your Travel Library account. You'll find an activation link in the confirmation email that was sent to you after you registered. Please click on the activation link and try logging in again.
If you have activated your account and still can’t login, please make sure that you are logging in with the email address that you used to create your account. If you are an owner of an accommodation listed on Travel Library, please note that your account email is not necessarily the same email address as the accommodation listing contact email address.
- How much does it cost to be listed on Travel Library?
There is no charge to list your business on Travel Library.
- How can I submit my property to be listed on Travel Library?

To add your accommodation you first need to sign up to Travel Library.
Once you are registered you will then need to go to the home page and click on the blue Add a property link in the top right hand corner, which will take you to the accommodation listing form. Fill out the form with all the details for your property and submit for Travel Library review. Accommodation listings that meet our requirements will appear on the site within 48 hours (on average).
- How can I submit my tour to be listed on Travel Library?

To add your tour you first need to sign up to Travel Library.

Fill out the form with all the details for your tour and submit for Travel Library review. Tour listings that meet our requirements will appear on the site within 48 hours (on average).
- How do I update my property listing?

If you'd like to update your listing, please log into your Travel Library control panel using the login link at the top right of the Travel Library home page.
After you've logged in, you will see all your listed properties available for editing under the ‘List of Properties’ section. Click on the property you wish to update and this will take you to the property information page. Click on the blue ‘Edit’ link on the right hand side to begin making your updates.
- How can I add photos to my property listing?

You can upload photos to your listing by logging into your Travel Library owner control panel using the "login" link at the top right of the Travel Library home page.
After you've logged in, you'll find a link to update your existing property listings in your control panel. Please follow the prompts on this form to add this information to your listing. You'll have the opportunity to upload photos on the photos section of this form.
