Le Dolci Colline is an old farmhouse which has been recently converted to provide four separate apartments, which open up to make 1 large apartment at ground floor and one at first floor. It is an ideal holiday solution for families or groups who want to holiday together but maintain some privacy. Every room is well furnished, with a mixture of antiques, comfortable new sofas, modern bathrooms and kitchens fitted with cooker, fridge and dishwasher. The accommodation is divided as follows:
Oliva 2 bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 double, large kitchen/living room, bathroom with shower.
Mela one double bedroom, bathroom with full bath and shower over, large living/dining room with fireplace and kitchen corner. Outside, shaded furnished terrace.
These two apartments at first floor join to accommodate 7 persons.
Pesca Living room with small kitchen area, one double bedroom, bathroom with shoewr.
Albicocca one double bedroom, bathroom with shower (adapted for handicapped use), good sized living room/kitchen.
These two apartments join to accommodate 5 persons, and the whole house will very comfortably accommodate 12.
All apartments have satellite tv and central heating. A separate laundry room/cloakroom is accessed from the pool side.
Outside, the large, fully fenced swimming pool (6 x 11m, depth 1.10 - 1.40m) has been set into the hillside, overlooking the olive grove and the surrounding hills. Descending from the pool, there are paths marked out for walking, varying in length from 110 metres to 10.5 kms, to take in some of the magnificent views. |

Close by are restaurants, shopping, and the wonderful cities of Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia. |
