Casale Rosmarino is an impressive farmhouse which can accommodate a group of 11, or can be divided into two self-contained apartments for 7 and 4.
At ground floor there is an enormous living/dining room with open fireplace, a large kitchen/breakfast room, shower room and double bedroom with French doors. A spiral staircase in the living room leads to the first floor, which has a further shower room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds. There is also a small living/dining room with fireplace and adjacent kitchenette with fridge and gas cooker. The first floor can be divided off, with external access, to provide an independent apartment for 4. |

The property is only 6kms from the SS3 providing easy access to Perugia and Rome, and Orvieto and the lakes of Trasimeno, Corbara and Bolsena are all easily accessible. |
