    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    We speak: Italian, French, English
Guestbook: We all had a lovely time in the villa. It was perfectly equiped and the owner who greeted us was extremely helpful with sorting out any questions we had.

Many thanks for letting us stay.

    Kind regards
'The Brownes' ************************************** We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Tuscany - all 10 of us. We rented both Agnola I and Agnola II and found all accomodtions as advertised. The location is central for side trips to Pisa, Cinque Terre, Florence, wine tours, and more. For the majority of our travel we relied on public transportation, but you need to be able to walk quite a distance. We utilized the trains - never attempted the bus service, which is actually a much shorter walk.
Elizabeth was a veritable fountain of information and arranged for a van, a doctor to come to the villa, horseback riding, wine tastng tour, and other plans we required. We highly recommend having the chefs cook dinner at the villa - also definitely consider having the first night`s dinner prepared and delivered for your arrival . What a wonderful place for a Tuscany vacation!!!

****************************************** Doreen, The holiday was great and the farm house was excellent. The people working at the farm house offices, we spoke too were very friendly and helpful so 10 out of 10 for service. You have a wonderful farm house!!!!!! Many thanks for a most enjoyable holiday and a first class experience of country life : Kind regards, John Wells.
    ********************************** Dear Elizabeth,
I wanted to thank you all again for the fantastic week in Firenze that we had and to which you had a significant contribution. The villa beat all of our expectations and the same goes for the hospitality that you have received us with. I can tell you that I will recommend all my friends and family to contact you if they decide to have a vacation near Firenze. Please send our best regards to Massimo, Meaghan, Lady Tosca, her husband, and everyone who have made our vacation a success. All the best, Bashaar El Fasid .

Dear Liz, Last year, in Septmeber, my boyfriend and I rented out Villa Agnola on the Villa Pandolfini estate in Lastra a Signa for two weeks. We had a lovely time, and the owners, liked us very much and gave us many gifts of fruit and wine. I wonder if you have a vacancy for the villa or another villa on the same estate for 2 weeks sometime this summer? Best wishes , Dr Leyla Sanai.

Dear Meaghan, We had a most enjoyable stay in Agnola in September when the rain eventually gave way to the sun!! We found the accomodation very comfortable. As expected we did get to watch some english speaking programmes on the TV as advertised on your website. It was really great experiencing the `real` Italy and so much better than staying in a hotel. Thankyou for all your help, Regards Maxine Davies.

I like your idea of "advice for 1st time travelers to Italy". ItsIt sounds like a winner. even tho we have been to Italy several times, there is always more to learn. Our stay in Signe was terrific!! The setting was perfect for our group--4 adults and 3 children. The younger boys had plenty of space to run and explore, and the location was perfect for trips to Pisa, Lucca and the countryside. Elizabeth was a great host--as was Mario. We werte particularly impressed with E`s knowledge of the area, and commitment to 6 hour response to inquiries for accomodations, etc. Keep up the good work, and we have already recommended your services to other.

    Dear Elizabeth,
Our family of four had a great time at Farmhouse Agnola. It is close to the train so it`s easy to get around, and drivers for hire were available for tours. The cooking classes and the pool were the highlights! The air conditioning was essential for a good night`s sleep in the summer...a nice cool house was great! The house was clean, well-equipped, and the laundry room was convenient. Thanks so much for a great time!

************************************************** Hello to Meaghan, Elizabeth, Lisa ,Muarizio, Tosca, Mario, and the youngsters!
We had a great two weeks! My son and his family stayed in Agnola II, and were very comfortable with their air conditioning and we were in Agnola.
The cooking class was probably the highlight for me...great cooks and fabulous food!. Blessings and many thanks to all.

    Hi Elizabeth and Meagan!
Just wanted to send you a quick `hi` and to thank you for such a wonderful, wonderful vacation at the Farmhouse Agnola and Cottage Leonora. We LOVED the cooking classes so much and my family is in awe when I make homemade pasta and all the other recipes we acquired while we were with you. Please give a HUGE thank-you to Lisa and Maurizimo...they were fantastic and made our cooking experience a once in a lifetime event we will never forget. Until next time....Michele Nye

Thanks for all you did to help us with our rental arrangements. We were very glad we stayed at Farmhouse Agnola and Cottage Leonora. Of course, having Meagan and Elizabeth and on-site was a tremendous help as they gave advice and made arrangements for us at restaurants and museums. The accommodations were outstanding--esp. very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The estate was beautiful, very relaxing and extremely convenient to the train station, the highways, stores, etc. Perhaps better screens on the windows would be helpful.
By the way, Mrs. Brogi was a joy to meet and talk with. She was so sweet to give us a present of fresh-picked grapes. Our advice to first-time travellers to Tuscany is to read up on the subject as much as you can beforehand. We had challenges in trying to get the rental car out of the parking lot!!!! We couldn`t figure out how to put it in reverse until we asked someone at the rental office. Also, we never did find out how to lock the car--it was locked if you pulled the handle once after locking it, but if you pulled a second time, it would open!! One amusing thing that happened was on our first trip to the Ipercoop.
We had no idea you had to make a monetary deposit on a shopping cart and we raised some Cain when we took what we thought was an unused cart in the store and were chased down by the lady who had made the deposit on it. Also, trying to figure out how to pay for parking in San Gimignano was a riot.
*********************************************************** Our stay in Tuscany was great. The farmhouse Agnola was an excellent residence. We had plenty of room for all seven of us and the the beds were very comfortable. The location is also excellent;we took the train into Florence and Pisa ,Lucca and Sienna were easy drives by auto. The Owner was very gracious and she arranged to get us a swell New Years Eve party at a local restaurant. We will recommend your organization to anyone going to Tuscany.Thank you for all your help. ********************************************************* My family so loved our travels in Tuscany. Farmhouse was a delicious introduction to our Italy vacation. The accommodations were wonderful - especially loved the pool at the end of a VERY hot day traveling through out Tuscany. Thanks for all you did to help make this such a memorable vacation for us. We will forever cherish the time spent at the farmhouse (the wine was superb, as well!!). The proximity to the train station made travel through the area so easy.
