19th Century Languedoc Farmhouse converted into 7 quality apartments with large swimming pool, surrouned by its own vines.

This stone building(started in 1804)is built on arched cellars and consists of several buildings situated around a central courtyard, the property was designed as a self contained estate with its own vineyard. All the buildings are south facing, and surrounded by aromatic plants, Mediterranean trees and vines. A new swimming pool with changing rooms, shower and terrace area was recently completed.
During the past 4 years the buildings have been completely renovated to modern standards but retaining as much of its original character as possible. The seven apartments have modern individual kitchens with classical painted oak doors and marble worktops. Each apartment has gas/electric hob, microwave, oven/grill, washing machine and dishwasher and is heated by gas central heating making these apartments suitable for all year round occupation.
The use of a car is essential for easy access to the different attractions of the area.
The Mas (old French farmhouse) is situated within its own vineyard and at present has 18 hectares (45 acres) of vines under cultivation, together with another 20 hectares (50 acres) of Garrigue (native Mediterranean vegetation). At the present time we are in the middle of extensive vine replanting programme.
Altogether there are 7 different sized apartments; all finished using traditional local materials with all modern comforts. Each apartment has its own terrace with direct access to the communal areas and swimming pool. The Mas is situated at the crossroads of several paths and rural roads allowing you to walk or cycle throughout the locality and enjoy the magnificent views of the hills and surrounding mountains.
Activities
There are bicycles (with all safety gear) suitable for all ages available for exclusive use by our guests.
Around the pool there is table tennis and electronic darts.
The beautiful stable (ecurie) with its floor lighting is used as a library with a good selection of paperback books.
The room with its solid oak bar is also used for wine tasting (we can taste local wines as well as wine from other areas that we source for our wine company) and informal gathering of the guests during the week.
