Toledo Local History

Toledo is a paradise for both the military historian and architecture-lover.
Toledo embodies a time when Jews, Muslims and Christians lived together in harmony and is therefore affectionately referred to as "Ciudad de las Tres Culturas" (City of the Three Cultures). During medieval times Toledo was one of the main sword producing towns of Europe.

Bar Black and Blue Pl. Santiago Caballeros. This is a great spot for live blues performances on Thursdays. There is no cover fee and drinks are of average prices.

Zaida C. Armas, Centro Commercial Miradero. If you are up to a party this dancing spot is the place to be. The place is packed from about midnight and they charge no cover fee.

Bar La Abadía 5 Nuñez de Acre. This is amongst the most popular bars in town. If you get hungry, the restaurant serves delicious Toledan dishes.
