Incense Juniper Forest - Calatañazor. Probably the best conserved and biggest forest of Incense Junipers that dates from the Glacial age. These trees are now considered an endangered species.

S'ha Feito Taverna - 18 Ol. Toros, Tarazona. About an hour away from Soria per bus you'll find this hip bar. It is decorated in a faux historic style, and they also serve traditional Aragonese dishes.
