Soria still have an "old town" feel to it, as many Sorians still live a traditional Spanish life. This means that the town has a very friendly, yet religious atmosphere about it.

Soria Parks & Gardens
Incense Juniper Forest - Calatañazor. Probably the best conserved and biggest forest of Incense Junipers that dates from the Glacial age. These trees are now considered an endangered species.
Soria Restaurants and Bars
Chorizo sausage, migas (fried bread crumbs) and butter are specialties from the Soria area.
Nueva York 14 C. Collado. Get a taste of America, especially the breakfasts at this restaurant.
Bar Restaurante Regio 7 Pl. Ramón y Cajal. For a more traditional Spanish dining experience this restaurant will definitely meet your expectations. They are only open in the afternoons and then again in the evenings.

S'ha Feito Taverna - 18 Ol. Toros, Tarazona. About an hour away from Soria per bus you'll find this hip bar. It is decorated in a faux historic style, and they also serve traditional Aragonese dishes.
