Chipuda Local History

The mountain village of Chipude is situated in the central highland of the island. It is known as the oldest settlement in La Gomera. The fertile plateau was already estimated by the inhabitants during the pre-Spanish era. The village is today known as one of the most popular and beautiful starting points for wanderings and tours of La Gomera.

Bar Pension Sonia Restaurant - The restaurant is situated inside the hotel. It features a selection of large dishes of gofia which are situated on the tables. The menu is limited to a selection of one type of soup and one main course available every night.

Bar Navarro - Sitauted right next door to the Bar Pension Sonia. It features a very friendly atmosphere and is a wonderful place to enjoy a tasty selection of tapas.
