Eris Place, Lefkas - From start to finish we had a terrible holiday with missing suitcases etc, but still we loved Lefkas and particularly Eris Place in Nidri. Small, intimate, staff friendly and food fabulous. Will go back to Lefkas just to eat there again!

Ivari Restaurant Nidri Lefkas - Forget the hard sell of the harbour front. Carry on walking to Ivari – the best food in Nidri. The most extensive menu and good company. Spent a week in Nidri before Flotilla holiday, so sampled most of the tavernas. Can definitely recommend Ivari. Hope to be back sometime.

Nidri Yacht Club - Fab little place on Nidri Main Road next to the mini golf. It offers a superb range of food, especially welcome when you want a break from Greek cuisine or are trying to feed teenage kids. Thanks to Anna and staff the whole family enjoyed themselves and were made very welcome.

Yefsi and Symposium - I've just been to Nidri for two weeks and two restaurants stand out. Yefsi and Symposium. There was four of us and not one of us complained, all our dishes were beautiful. The prices are reasonable and the people cannot do enough for you.

To Katoghi in Vafkeri - End of March 2009 Peter and Alison opened their Restaurant/Cafe-Bar in Vafkeri. A pleasant surprise! The food is delicious, both international and Greek cuisine. The prices are very reasonable. From the terrace you have a wonderful view. Though Vafkeri sounds far away, it takes only twelve minutes by car from Nidri. Absolutely worthwile the trip! Open all year, except Monday.
