Meribel Parks & Gardens
La Vanoise National Park - This national park is a great place to go for a day trip, it is found at an elevation of 1,250 m to 3,855 m; and has almost 500 km of marked trails. Here you will discover awsome viewpoints, protected flora and wildlife. These hiking trails are not difficult and are accessible to all.
Tueda Natural Reserve - This nature reserve is located just below the Vanoise National Park. It was created in 1990, and stretches from Lake Tueda to the Gebroulaz glacier, along the Doron stream. There is a marked botanical trail, which allows visitors to discover 80 species of Alpine flora. There are also many interesting and endangered species of birds that live here.
