Apres-ski
There is a good choice of restaurants and cafes in the village and at altitude, La Cascade is a popular central restaurant and makes good use of the local cheese. If you prefer a fast food alternative why not try Pizzaminut in the village centre. After eating there are plenty of lively bars. If you still have some unused energy then try one of the nightclubs of L'ecluse in the village or the ever rocking Club 18 at La Perriere which hosts live bands and loads of different parties.
Overview
La Clusaz is stunningly located in the Aravis Pass Area and apart from being a picture postcard village, it is nearly always well snowed. The resort is within easy reach of Geneva and only 20 km from Annecy and it's attractive lake. La Clusaz is fairly spread out as far as the slopes, but the village offers a free bus service to the lifts. The slopes are well suited for beginners, but there are good challenges for the accomplished skier. The snowboard park is popular and there is a sports centre, ice rink and plenty of magnificent hiking trails With a good selection of local shopping and tons of Apres ski, including over 42 restaurants and 2 night clubs.
