Ramsau am Dachstein Ski Information
The town of Salzburg offers visitors a wonderful selection of attractions and entertainment, should they wish to take a little break from skiing. The Carolino Augusteum-Volkskundemuseum is an excellent place to start off a day of sightseeing. It is home to an interesting collection of local folk art and traditional costumes. The Hellbrunn Palace which is situated on Furstenweg is another place which is definitely worth a visit. It was built during the 17th century and features one of the most beautiful and oldest formal baroque-style gardens in Europe. The Salzburger Tiergarten Hellbrunn is a place to visit for a fun-filled family outing. The zoo is home to a diverse selection of animals, ranging from otters and white rhinoceros to antelope, cheetahs and griffin vultures.

For nature-lovers there is an extensive range of beautiful walking trails through the lush beauty of the green alpine pastures.
