Tregenza also has a family bathroom and ensuite shower room. It has many features; upon entering via the french doors you come into a large double aspect open plan living area. Recessed to one side is the beautiful, extensively equipped oak fitted kitchen. There is solid light oak furniture in the dining area and comfortable sofas laden with cushions, fresh flowers, soft lighting, books, games, maps, guides and original art work on the walls.
It has it's own garden and a large hot tub is attractively set in its own decked and fenced area which can be used all year round. There is a widescreen television with freeview, DVD player, video player, PS2 & games, CD/radio/cassette player, microwave, food processor and all the things you would expect to make your holiday comfortable. Full central heating (all fuel and electricity included in the price). WIFI Broadband internet connection.
Both bedrooms have balconies with far reaching views. Well set back off the road with ample parking and plenty of room to kick a ball, play badminton or even fly a kite! Situated in the parish of St Neot (which has just been voted winner of Village of the Decade) next to Golitha Falls Nature Reserve, and surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside.
South Draynes is no longer a working farm and now offers luxurious accommodation for ramblers, beach and country lovers alike. We are surrounded by rolling fields and hidden valleys, the panoramic views are quite simply breathtaking!

St Neot was in fact the winner of the prestigious award 'Village of the year in England and Wales 2004' and now in September 2006 we have just won Village of the Decade ! Also in the parish are Jamaica Inn and Dozmary pool, (where legend tells you is the last resting place for King Arthur's sword Excalibur ). |
