Tucked away in the heart of Robin Hood’s Bay village, you’ll find our 350 year old holiday cottage. This ancient fisherman’s dwelling is just a stroll from the beach in this hauntingly beautiful location.
On long summer days or stormy winter nights when the wind blows a gale over Robin Hood’s Bay, Littlewood Cottage is a retreat you’ll return to time and again.
Just off the Dock, the holiday cottage is in the centre of this tiny fishing village, framed by steep cliffs to the North and South. There are shops to entice you and plenty of pubs, eateries and cafes to refresh you after a bracing walk or a day on the beach!

Age of property: 350+ years. Mostly built in reign of James I. Lovely, unusual fisherman’s cottage.
Sleeps 4 in two bedrooms,,1 double bed and 2 single beds (both with washbasins), Fresh bed linen and duvets, Towels (not beach towels), Cot and Highchair.
Shower room with WC, Hairdryer, Fully controllable Gas Central Heating system, Fully Fitted Kitchen, Washer, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Lounge/Dining Room (with coal effect gas fire), TV with DVD, Sound systems in all bedrooms. Mobile phone reception on most networks.
Monday and Friday changeover 12-3 (Saturday only during the mid summer months). Children are welcome. You can bring two well behaved dogs to the property (£35 per week or part week per pet). Smoking is not allowed.
We welcome two well behaved dogs at our cottages. We make a charge of £35 per dog per week or part of. You are required to bring your own baskets and your pets must remain in the kitchen area of your property and not be allowed on any beds or soft furnishings at any time. Pets are not to be left in your property unattended.
Littlewood Cottage is right at the bottom of Robin Hood’s Bay. It’s famously steep, which is part of its charm and beauty. You can park your car at Fisherhead car park which is just around the corner fairly cheaply to save your legs!
