SWIMMING POOL AND GROUNDS
The swimming pool is located at the front of the cottage. It is surrounded by large sunny patios and is an ideal place to relax with no sounds except for those of Mother Nature for company. This is transformed into a celestial vault at nightfall and is perfect for observing the star-filled sky. The swimming pool of this cottage on Mallorca covers a surface area of 32 m2, and has a depth, which ranges from 0.90 m to 1.80 m.
BEDROOMS
The main bedroom in this cottage on Mallorca is on the ground floor and is accessed from the dining room. It has a double bed, a window set in the fa�ade of the building, and the original stones used in the construction of the building�s walls are uncovered. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. These have spectacular views over the countryside and onto the sea. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over two metres from the floor, which is bound to prove exciting for young children.
KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY
The kitchen covers an area of 13.45 m2 and is next to the dining room on the ground floor. It is well equipped for cooking, and contains the following items:
� Complete crockery and cutlery sets for 12 people.
� Dishwasher
� Cooking rings with a ceramic glass plate
� Electric oven
� Microwave oven
� Toaster
� Fridge-freezer
� Coffee-pot
� Kettle
The laundry room is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the inside or exterior of the cottage, it has a washing machine and an iron. We provide washing materials.
DINING ROOM
The main entrance leads straight into the dining room, from which the rest of the rooms can be accessed. There are two entrances, the main entrance and another door which is next to the kitchen and which leads on to the patio in front of the swimming pool. This patio was originally used for drying out the figs collected from the trees belonging to the farmhouse during summer.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is a large room with four windows that offer views over the countryside to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is upstairs and is reached directly from the staircase, which leads up from the dining room. There is here a TV connected to Astra satellite channels, for keeping in touch with the outside world, during your holidays in Mallorca.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in this cottage on Mallorca. The first, which is on the ground floor, is accessed from the dining room and is next to the main bedroom. The other one is upstairs, next to the two upstairs bedrooms. Both have windows at the rear of the building.
CLEANING SERVICE
The house is cleaned once a week. This is also when towels, sheets and kitchen cloths are changed. Also, You will be provided with the necessary washing powders and detergents for the washing machine and dishwasher. |

Porto Cristo is on the east coast of the island and is 65 km from Palma, it falls within the municipal area of Manacor and has a population of more than 5000. However, the population multiplies in summer with the arrival of holidaymakers, who mostly come from other parts of Mallorca.
The town has built up around its natural port, where there is a beach that is well protected from the wind and seaborne storms. The situation of the beach means that it is an ideal spot for swimming right from the start of summer, or even during winter for the more adventurous. At the height of summer, the high throughput of pleasure craft in the port means that the quality of the water is not as high as at other points on the island, even so, there are always plenty of swimmers in the water.
There is a wide variety of bars and restaurants around the harbour and the beach, and this area is a popular meeting point for people on Friday and Saturday nights.

| Guestbook: We'll be back: A fantastically quiet and idylic location. We had a wonderful holiday left to our own to cook the local produce, aubergines, peppars, tomatoes, figs and almonds, which were all available on the villas' land. The villa itself was clean and spacious with a private pool enjoyed by all the family. |
