This 3-½ room house available in the Canarian style, approx. 60 ms ². is in the middle of green Orotava only 600 meters away from the sea.
The tastefully renovated house stands in the small access road to the known Bolullo beach in the area of El Rincon. To the beach approx. 600 ms. Restaurant approx. 500 ms. Puerto de la Cruz 5 kms
Before and behind the house there is one approx. 50 ms ² terrace with beautiful views about the banana plantations as far as the sea and to Puerto de la Cruz. There's outdoor furniture and 2 lying is available to you.
The equipment of the house is pleasant, specially the cubically formed wood blanket in the living-room was got original and provides a comfortable living atmosphere to the area.
The living room is furnished with sofa, dining area, TV and various small pieces of furniture.
In the kitchen , oven and more . you find everything needed to prepare nice meals. Next door there is a small breakfast room.
The house has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each case. The bath is with shower, wash basin and WC.
Should it be cool little bit there is heating possibility with electric radiator. Car park on the property.
You can park the car on the car park within property.

Pueblo Chico is the first city to be created in miniature in the Canary Islands, reproducing emblematic landscapes and buildings from all the islands in 60 1:25 scale models. It brings together History, Culture, Art, Technology, Nature and Leisure under the same roof, as part of a new and highly spectacular theme concept.
Balconies House, Historic 17th and late 16th century buildings respectively, with a large display of lace, embroidery and Canary Island handicrafts in general. In the first building, Casa de los Balcones, we will find some magnificent examples of Canary Island balconies and courtyards, and you can also visit the folk museum. In the Casa de Molina, or Casa del Turista, we can admire the model of the famous carpets made of volcanic soil, from La Orotava.

Walking: starting point Puerto de la Cruz (10 km far). Routes to the National Parks and others.
Golf: you can enjoy this sport with nice weather just 10 km far or in any place in the island.
Loro Park: you can visit the biggest and most variety exposition of animals in the world, dolphins, parrots, etc. Distance to the park 10 km.
Spa Aqua Club Termal: 15 km distance aprox., in Torviscas Alto, you can relax and enjoy the saunas, massage, termal-pools, etc.
Horse riding: you can make long walks or even take lessons. Distance 50 km
