This house has two double-rooms (at the top floor thre is one with french bed and bathroom inside the room, and the other in the ground floor with two beds), the other is a single bedroom, bathroom, living-room, kitchen and big terrace with beautiful views to the mountain and sea.
Situation:
On the north-eastern slopes of Tenerife, hidden among the spectacular peaks of Anaga and an ever-changing ocean, full of colour and marine landscapes of incredible beauty, is the area of Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo.
In the district of La Laguna, this is one of the natural treasures that Tenerife reserves for those who still know how to appreciate the charm of pure tranquillity.
Climate. Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo enjoys a spring-like temperature throughout the year, with an annual average of 21ºC.
Landscape. This small corner of Tenerife holds an enormous variety of landscapes. The farms growing tropical fruit and banana plantations are set in among the mountain peaks and are caressed by the ocean and the tidal pools which make this such an attractive area for tourism.
Economy. Traditional fishing and agriculture still make up the economic base of this area, apart from an incipient tourism, much of which is from Tenerife itself, which loves nature and tranquillity.
Beaches. The coast of Bajamar-Punta del Hidalgo offers special spots in which to enjoy an agreeable dip or to sunbathe. Beaches of pebbles or of sand, such as Los Troches, San Juan and El Roquete, or the lovely natural swimming pools that you will find in either village, are perfect options for relaxation.
Nature. Nature has been generous with this area and has created marvellous sights such as El Roque de los Dos Hermanos or the Tidal Pools of la Rasa.
The Anaga Rural Park offers striking views over the Atlantic and small corners where you can enjoy nature in its purest state. Among the flora of this protected area, the laurisilva or laurel forest is outstanding, a woodland of laurel trees that are of great value as they constitute a true living relic, surviving from the Tertiary Era.
