The house is entered through a plant filled patio which has a large table, seating and parasol. It is a pleasant spot for breakfast and for eating out on warm evenings. The private roof terrace is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning views over nearby citrus orchards, the Lecrin Valley and the foothills of the Sierra Nevada or for star-gazing on warm evenings. It is furnished with table, chairs sun loungers and a BBQ is available. A pergola offers shade. It offers a comfortable base for exploring the diversity of the surrounding area (from the city of Granada to the villages of the Alpujarras), an hours drive from the ski resort, or just ideal for relaxing and enjoying the slow pace of local life. |

Kitchen : The well appointed kitchen has a 4 ring hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher and is very well equipped. A washing machine is available on the top floor.
Living Area : Sofas/living area for 4.The downstairs is open plan with living, dining and kitchen areas with access to the patio. There is a TV/video and CD/radio and an excellent selection of videos, CDs, books and board games.
Dining : table chairs for 4.
Bathrooms : 1 with bath and overhead shower, wc, sink.
Bedrooms : 1 twin, 1 double with patio overlooking the courtyard.
Outside : bbq/patio.
Entertainment: cd player/playstation.
Swimming Pool: none.
Notes : A woodburning stove and radiators are available for winter evenings and floor standing fans for the summer. Wood is available (at a small extra charge) from our English speaking representative who lives nearby. Care should be taken with small children as there is a roof terrace and the elderly as the house covers 3 floors accessed by internal stairs. Parking is usually available outside the house.
Reductions: For fortnightly stays or longer, and returnees.
Changeover day: Arrival dates and times are flexible to take advantage of midweek flights. Please vacate the house by midday on the day of departure to allow for cleaning unless otherwise agreed. |
