Our recently refurbished detached house covering 3 floors sleeps 5 people although we can also supply fold up beds to increase its capacity to 8. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/dining room/livingroom with a high wooden beamed ceiling and cartwheel central light fitting, log burning stove (with oven), electric oven and hob (with extractor), fridge/freezer, dining table and chairs, an arm chair, 4 seater bed settee, tv with digi tv and dvd player. There is also an electric heater for those chilly winter nights. The 1st floor comprises of 1 bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and tv with digi tv. The lower ground floor comprises of a utility area with washing machine, ironing board, iron and log burning stove, shower room with wc and wash basin and 1 bedroom with double bed settee, en-suite wc, wash basin and fitted wardrobe.
There is parking to the right of the house and a small, gated, paved area to the front and right of the house leading to a private rear garden with bbq, fire pit and covered seating area for relaxing outdoors.
All towels and bed linen are provided.
Smoking is only permitted outside under the covered area.

| Guestbook: "I contacted Paul and arranged a one-day tour on 2 JAN around the Eger area for myself and traveling partner. That day we spent with Paul and his charming wife, Erika, who speaks Hungarian by the way, turned out to be the highlight of our trip and a terrific experience for us. Paul and Erika were the perfect hosts. Even though we just met Paul and Erika for the first time, it felt like we were traveling around with long-time friends.Before we got there, Paul and Erika spent a lot of time checking into attractions and sights to make a fun day.I also was able to design the tour according to my own interests. All I had to do was tell Paul where I would like to go and they both checked into the posibilities. The places we visited were very interesting and enjoyable and the pace we traveled was also very relaxing, even though we covered a lot.All in total, everything worked out great and I highly recommend anyone traveling to the Eger area to definitely contact Paul and Erika for a truly great time and a chance to meet and make friends with two very nice and hospitable local people too.I plan to tell all my friends about the wonderful time we had and suggest they go to Hungary and Eger to spend time with Paul and Erika.

.....This winter we stayed at the Sugarbox House in Sirok and would like to thanks Paul & Erika for a wonderfull experiance. We found it amaizing to be able to baith and swim outdoors (and indoors) in the hot or warm Spa' Waters and in such picturesque surroundings. We cannot wait to return to the Sugarbox and experience Sirok & Eger in the summer.
