The property existed as a water mill in 1415. The self contained accommodation is semi-detached to the proprietor's premises. The fishing lake is constantly fed by a stream, and exits via a waterfall into a second smaller pool. At the rear of the cottage is an orchard and a woodland. You can relax in the gardens, barbecue the local food, drink the local red wine at only 50p per bottle and feed the ducks.
Alternatively, you can saunter along traffic free leafy lanes and absorb the beautiful loire valley landscape.
