| We are peacefully situated within a picturesque valley in the lower Fenouilledes foothills of the Pyrenees standing midway between two small villages, Le Vivier and Fosse . This tranquil location makes it an ideal base for exploring the region or simply putting your feet up and relaxing. The closest airports are Perpignan (50 minutes), Carcassonne (1.5 hours), Gerona in Spain and Toulouse (2 hours) (flights available on low cost Ryan Air and Flybe airlines). |

Sleeps 3 people. This charming and detached recently converted barn provides two private terraces and its own driveway with shady parking. La Bergerie has one double and one single bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen. The large open plan living area features a wood-burning stove. The bathroom consists of shower, wc and washbasin.
Sky TV available in all gites offering all free to view channels
Terrace areas come equipped with garden furniture and barbeques.
Kitchens have microwaves, fridge/freezers, hob and ovens.
Fosse offers Free access to our local swimming pool and tennis courts only 5 minutes walk and Le Vivier provides a general store and mini golf course, 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction.
