Bienvenue was created from the tennant farmers cottage which has been lovingly restored to provide luxurious self catering accommodation suitable for all ages and those with disabilities. The cottage has two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a cot can be put into either of these rooms. The living accommodation provides comfortable sofa and armchairs, T.V. which receives English free to view programmes, video and DVD players. The fully fitted modern kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, etc., and a generous supply of crockery and cutlery. Outside the front door is a large covered terrace with barbeque and patio furniture where you can sit and relax after your swim with a glass, or two, of the local wine, or just sunbathe in the private garden On site there is a large walled heated pool with a giant chess set, table tennis, badminton, boules and bicyles together with a supply of videos, DVD's and books. The cottages are outside Eymet about 17 miles from Bergerac airport in the South West Dordogne, France. This is wine and chateaux country where you can find all sorts of activities from golf, canooing, go-karting, horseriding, fishing, sightseeing to wine tasting. |

| La Barthe is located on the river road between Eymet and Serres Et Montguyard and is only about 100 yards from the river Dropt. The property is set within it's own estate of wood and meadowland and the three cottages are surrounded by large fir, fruit and walnut trees. |
