| Labat Grange is situated just 2km from Pont du Casse which has shops and restaurants. It is a further 5km from Agen, a beautiful city and the administrative centre of Lot et Garonne. It is 1okm from the main motorway between Bordeaux and Toulouse and within easy distance of Bordeaux, Toulouse and Bergerac airports. Agen is on the TGV route from Paris to Toulouse.

Labat has four bedrooms, all with spacious ensuite bathrooms which include shower, washbasin and WC. One of the double rooms has its own sitting out area. There is a modern fully-equipped, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, eye-level oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The living area is double height showing the exposed oak beams which give the property it's unique character. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people, comfortable sofas, a TV, DVD with collection of films, stereo and wood burning stove. The property has full oil fired central heating and so is very cosy in winter.
To the exterior there is a lovely private garden with pool, barbeque and outdoor seating for 8. The property sits in 5 acres of beautiful wooded countryside, a true nature lovers paradise which guests are welcome to explore. |
