Our condominium complex, Hacienda Del Sol 2, is located on the ocean beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Our condo, unit 311 has sleeping accommodations for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Our unit was remodeled in 2003 with all new tile floors and carpet, paint, vanity in the bathroom and many other upgrades. Besides terrific ocean views we feature a 20 inch TV with DVD/VCR combo in the living room, another smaller TV with VCR in the bedroom and all the creature comforts. Full kitchen, pullout sofa, king sized bed are just a few of the things you will get when you rent with us. I look forward to helping you with your next vacation. |

| What is there to do in New Smyrna Beach? Here are just a few of of the hundreds of activities. You can rent a four wheeler, or scooter and take it for a ride just down the beach to see all that this area has to offer. Take a tour of the lighthouse at Ponce inlet, or the Turtle Mound. Go have a burger at Chases Restaurant on the beach. Teens like to hang out at the inlet to go surfing or boogie boarding on the bigger waves. Spend the whole day on the beach or go shopping right across the street at the many shops. |

| Hacienda Del Sol II is located right on the beach with easy access to the water through our beautiful landscaped yard. We have a sun deck right on the beach for just sitting around and talking.
There is an air conditioned clubhouse with a full kitchen. The clubhouse also has changing rooms, and bathrooms so there is no need to go back upstairs. The clubhouse can be reserved to special occasions and parties through our property manager. And there are 2 gas grills available for barbequing right next to the clubhouse.
There are 2 heated pools, an adult pool and a kids pool. Loungers are placed around the pool and also on the patio overlooking the beach. We also have a shuffle board court for the family to play on.
There is plenty of boat and motorcycle parking available. And an elevator on each end of the building for quick and easy access to all 5 floors. |

Just what we were looking for. The view was beautiful and we had all the comforts of home....I have already told my mother and father about it and that they should try it. It is right up there alley also.
