Our ground floor vacation rental condo, Lay-Z-Livin, on Anna Maria Island, in Bradenton Beach has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.
We are surrounded by water; the Gulf of Mexico, Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay and Anna Maria Sound.
The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV, ceiling fan, dresser & closet.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, dresser, ceiling fan, and closet.
The fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, microwave,all dish, glass & cookware, we even have an electric skillet and blender.
The dining area has a table with 4 chairs, & tv trays.
The living room has a TV with cable and a VCR, coffee table, couch and 2 chairs with ottomans.
The bathroom has all linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board provided.
The condo has a large pool.
Beach access is across the street.
Monthly rates are $2500.
Weekly Rates are $800.
Holiday Weekend rate is $150.00 nightly. We have a 3 day minimum.
The cleaning fee is $65.00, which will be returned if the cleaning check-list is completed. We accept cash, cashier's check, money order, travellers checks & checks.

Our condo is on beautiful Anna Maria Island, which is on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The Island is 7 miles long, with 3 drawbridges to the Island.
The Island has the feel of a fishing village. No skyscrapers here!
The Island offers many restaurants, kayaking, fishing, deep sea fishing, snorkeling, sunbathing, historical attractions, shell hunting, bird watching, scuba dive, parasail, museums, and walking trails. Rent a pontoon, powerboat or a charter. |
