Villa Paraiso is a sunny, inviting, studio condo nestled on a hillside above Puerto Vallarta's Old Town, the Zona Romantica. It's convenient and central location is just two and a half blocks up from Los Muertos Pier and the beautiful Los Muertos Beach. Dozens of Vallarta's fine restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, no car necessary!
The condo itself features tropical style décor with Terra Cotta tile floors, locally produced Parota wood doors and cabinets, and granite counters in the kitchen and bath. The condo offers sleeping accommodations for up to 2 adults in a comfortable queen-size bed. There is also a futon which folds down to a double size bed. The kitchenette has one wall of folding glass doors that open completely, turning the kitchen area into a wonderful outdoor space. A small balcony off the bedroom area provides additional opportunity to fully enjoy Vallarta's tropical climate!
Villa Paraiso is part of a private gated community surrounded by exotic trees and lush tropical gardens. Its gorgeous infinity edge pool is the largest one in the area and offers 360-degree views of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta, and the Sierra Madre Mountains. The common areas also include a large pool-side palapa for year-round outdoor entertaining, an outdoor cooking area, a swim-up bar (not staffed) and a full work out studio with state of the art equipment.
