A long and wide wraparound balcony running the full-length of the condo provides generous entertaining area.

Dining Room / Kitchen
In the dining area is a table large enough to accommodate 6-8 guests. If you choose the cook service you will enjoy memorable meals of Yucatecan cuisine prepared by one of our chefs. Your kitchen is fully furnished, with electric oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender and all the kitchen utensils you need to create anything from a simple meal to a gourmet feast.
Endless Verandah:
The living room commands spectacular sea views. It opens onto a verandah furnished with a table and enough chairs to seat 6. It's a great place to hang out and salute the sunset with a margarita. And if you enjoy dining al fresco, your table is ready.
Master Bedroom / Oceanfront The master bedroom suite has an ocean view and a private entrance onto a private terrace; it is fully furnished with a king sized bed, private bath and an ocean view that is spectacular.
Bedroom Two / Oceanfront: The 2nd bedroom is worthy of master bedroom status. It has a king sized bed, faces the sea, and offers private access to the balcony. It also has its own private bathroom with shower and tub.
Bedroom Three: The 3rd bedroom with a double bed is in the back of the condominium and offers a view of the parking area. It is very small. It likewise has its private bath with shower.
This unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer. This home also offers DVD player, VCR, CD player, Satellite Television (US programming), Free Long Distance to the Us and Canada, Free High Speed Internet Access (bring your own laptop). It also has a safe for your valuables.

Guestbook: Christina deserves to be recognized for her exceptional help for all of our extra rental needs like our jeep, scooters, and our day with the dolphins. If your group wants to be in the best condo at this location this is the one. Huge balcony large bedrooms and the third bedroom that is not ocean view has still enough room for our six yr old and our four yr old to sleep together. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Like I said this is the place to stay in Cozumel.
We loved the accommodations. The location was great. Even when we checked in late at night, we were helped with our bags and got right in to the condo. The only thing this unit lacked was a dishwasher.
