Trade Winds Condotel has a total of 18 newly built one bedroom condominium units. So much more than just a hotel room, each suite has a fully equipped modern kitchen, washer/dryer and air conditioning.
In 2001, we have won Best Carribean Development award from Mercedes Benz. We are also a AAA/CAA Triple Diamond facility, so you can be assured of high standards.
Beautifully decorated with tasteful furnishings, each condominium features an open concept living/dining room and a separate bedroom with either a king or queen size bed. The living room features a sleep sofa great for families with young children or extra guests. Some units have connecting doors to accommodate larger parties.
Walk out beyond wall-to-wall glass patio doors to a spacious balcony, ideal for private outdoor living.
All hotel units face Grace Bay, the upper suites having a view of the turquoise sea and the barrier reef.
Ground floor suites feature decks with direct access to the gardens and pools, some with their own private garden.
The grounds are abundant with luxuriant, colourful, tropical plantings in the midst of which is a secluded private pool and barbecue area for the use of guests. |
