To hold your reservation, we require a refundable security deposit of $120. Reservations are not considered confirmed until security deposit has been received. Full payment of total rent is required on or before move-in.
Please know...
* Our properties are not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well equipped kitchens, spare linens, towels, cook wares, dinner wares, initial cleaning and toiletry supply.
* No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found in the condo, will be provided.
* Housekeeping service can be arranged at an extra charge of $8. to 12.50/per service upon request. (Please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements)
* Washer and dryer are included in the unit, thou you have the options to have your laundry serviced. Normally cost about $.80/kilo (the size of 5 large towels), some may offer pick up and delivery within 24 hours.
* These are self-service condos, no staff will be on-site so there will be no room service, no daily housekeeping service, and no daily change of sheets or towels.
* Please understand properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other users. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred. Please take the necessary precautions to keep away from railings or window edge especially children, pls. kindly be responsible and keep them out of the area.
* Be aware that booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or anyone affected.
* Extensions are based on availability only. Please kindly check on availability as soon as you know you would like to extend your stay.
* A maximum of 4 persons are allowed in the condos, at any time.
* Upon check-in you will need a valid photo ID. This is for security purpose. Please know that Security is very strict on who enters the building. Anyone who is not listed will not be allowed to enter the building premises.
* Please understand that deposit received is NOT applied as a down payment to the total amount due for accommodations. This is to be applied as security deposit for damages, no-show, pre-termination plus cost of lost business or to cover unsettled bills or charges incurred during your stay. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded after move-out clearance is completed.
* NO pets nor SMOKING is permitted in the unit, otherwise $100. For extra cleaning service will be charged.
* Parking facilities are in the building, itself. Please tell us in advance if you need a parking space so we can issue you a parking permit.

what a pleasant surprise!!!
the view, the location, the proximity to all of "Fort's" creature comforts from clubs to dining...I drove a rental, and parking was a breeze (in the basement floors.) The elevators goes straight to the condo unit. But while I was too busy to cook or do laundry, everything you needed is at your fingertips. What impressed me was Bonifacio high street , Serendra mall, Market!Market!, Fully Booked ( their version of barnes and nobles) and numerous restaurants w/n vicinity. Try also Italianni restaurant pastas!!
These are all walking distance.
Best surprise??? SECURITY; the security guars and Fort Police were all over, but surely not minding you at all , just your safety. Show me a place like this and I would consider it too. But i will save your drive. Both Glorietta and Rockwell areas, w/c are around the corner, pales in comparison to the ambience and spaciousness of the Fort area. That includes Ortigas CBD too. All are crowded and not pleasant to drive around. Just shop there then hurry back home to SOMA.
My rating is 5*star's !!!

We loved staying at your Soma Condo unit. The view of Fort Bonifacio Skyline was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. We love having the washing machine inside the unit and were able to do our laundry everyday without the hassle. The kitchen was fully equipped except for one suggestions, it needed flatware. But over all we were very happy with our stay. The bell man downstairs was very helpful and always there when we needed a cab. We also loved the fact that it was so close to Market-Market, Serendra and Fort Strip within walking distance. There is so much to do around the area; dance clubs and great restaurant including Market Market Mall. We arrive at the airport and were greeted by our transport person that was arranged for us by Blessie. She took us to the condo then she made sure that we were comfortable and gotten everything we needed. Blessie was very helpful and full of information of what to do around the area by the time we arrived at the Condo we felt comfortable that we knew the area well. Thank you Blessie & Bambie for making us feel at home! We will definitely stay at you lovely condo again!

The unit was like staying in a resort suite. Everything was made very convenient... The kitchen is equipt with everything you need but the groceries. It's really close to everything about 25 meters away from Serendra and Market Market. About 50 meters from The Fort Strip...
Price is very affordable for the location and how the unit is set up with complete kitchen and separate laundry area. I was able to do laundry there.
I highly recommend this unit to anyone.
