Our Condo's are in a great hotel location on Makati ave, with taxi’s passing the door constantly and a private hire car rank at the entrance, with all the comforts and amenities of home like free DSL internet . We are central to all points of interest and need. Only walking distance to 24 hour 7 days business, tourism, & entertainment. Convenience store 7/11 , Wendy’s restaurant are just across the road. We are within 100 meters of the newest shopping mall in Makati "The Avenue" with the sidewalk cafe's and coffee shops
Only 5 minutes to the grand up market Powerplant Mall in Rockwell.
4 blocks away from first class shopping malls such as Gloretta 1,2,3,4, Ayala Greenbelt 1,2,3,4, and Rockwell Center and only one block to the golden mile of restaurants in Jupiter street.
Hottest nightclubs and live music bar scene in Manila with all of the energy and buzz that goes with it, 24 hours 7 days yet far enough away as to not get any traffic or music noise at all.
We have set up these suites up for independence by including a fridge a new microwave oven, Karaoke DVD Player with stereo, electric cook top, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking pots and pans, plates and cutlery and glasses Coffee / Tea.
We also include 50 liters of clean filtered water at no charge so you do not need to carry 5 liter (1gallon) bottle from the convenience store at great expense. All towels and linen are included. Our rates include all costs and charges like electric, water, dues, cable TV and DSL internet connection.
We want our guests to experience a feeling of home at an affordable price. Anything less is second best. Makati City is the Banking, Business and Entertainment centre of Manila

Our Condo's are in a wonderful location, central to all points of interest and need. Only walking distance to 24 hour 7 days business, tourism, & entertainment. Only 10 minutes away from first class shopping malls such as Ayala and Rockwell Center and twenty minutes to The Mall of Asia The newest and the biggest mall in Asia complete with ICE skating rink.( yes I said ice skating.)
- It is also near the Peninsula Hotel, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-la Hotel and other Five Star Hotels Elegant and. Classy. Your home away from home. If you like dinning, there are dozens and dozens of restaurants and fast-food outlets all within a 2 block radius most of which will deliver to the door at no charge, including a Japanese restaurant in the building.
We found that staying in a hotel room for any length of time really starts to close in on you , with ours you have the space to swing the proverbial cat. All with a touch of home. And I did my little bit, and put in a computer so we can offer free local calls and Unlimited DSL internet connection at no charge ,
We then decided to share our condo with others to give them an alternative .Our condo is big and beautiful, and unlike a normal rental unit, it has all the comforts and feel of home away from home. We take care of our place and we pride ourselves of the neat & clean condition of our condo.

Spacious enough for one person. Neat and tidy. Room arrangement is good. Kitchenette is a plus factor. Its quiet once you get inside, away from the noise of cars in the street. I would recommend the place for those who would like to be closer to the business center of Makati and yet would like to enjoy the atmosphere of a home.
