Local Craft Shop - Guyatil, As you enter the town from Santa Lucia, this is the 1st 'shop' and unmissable on the right side of the road. The tented shop contains a pottery, where one can watch the potters form the clay and create their decorative and useful items.
The finished products make unique gifts or a memento.

The Eagles Inn - Rodney Bay, Santa Lucia, This is one for the yachties as you can pull it up to the marina and order your food and drinks. The fish is a speciality and fresh, and there is a well stocked bar at the marina. The tasty food is served with some unusual vegetables. Good value and choice.
Hummingbird Restaurant - Souffries, Located just outside St Lucia on the south coast. Honest to goodness cooking and a menu that constantly changes. Warm, friendly service, good food coupled with the perfect seafront setting, makes for a fine culinary experience.
Capone's - Rodney Bay, Castries, St. Lucia. You'll be transported back to the 30s in this stylish diner. The theme is Gangland and the waiters dress the part. Italian food dominates and the home made pasta is superb. There is a more laid back place next door serving pizza, pasta's and burgers.
Pizzeria Pronto - Calle 1, Liberia, This rustic restaurant serves filling Italian food in a Costa Rican atmosphere. Popular with the locals who enjoy the tasty food and the prices are very reasonable. Located just a couple of minutes walk south of the church.

Shamrocks Pub - Rodney Bay. You thought you had escaped Irish pubs, but they have imported them even to Costa Rica!. A cosy place with the black stuff flowing as well as traditional pool tables and dartboards. Good place to meet ex-pats from the U.K.
Waves - Choc Bay, Castries. Great local hang out that is lively all hours. Why not try your hand at Karaoke which is popular here. They have a well stocked bar and serve cocktails. Catch the live music which sometimes happens at the weekends.
Indies - Rodney Bay. One of the best night clubs in St Lucia. Great dance floor and acoustics combine to get even the most hardy up and moving their body. Top DJs turn up the volume and you will not want to leave till the wee hours. Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday are the nights. Popular with locals as well as visitors. Hot, Hot, Hot.
