| We stayed at Water's Edge for about a week last summer and let me tell you, it was by far the cleanest/nicest park I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. It seemed as though the employees were constantly cleaning the restrooms, picnic areas or taking care of the grounds (not that they really needed it). The people there are the most helpful and friendly I have seen.
They helped us find many fun and exciting activities for our 5 girls to do at the park and around the town.
My girls especially liked the slow moving Payette River that allowed them to swim and paddle around in the free kayaks and canoes for hours. I also used the canoes to do some fishing. Caught a few nice ones too, if I must say so.
Don't even get me started on the all you can eat breakfast on Sunday morning for only $5.00. All I can say is, I haven't eaten like that since I was a kid and visited Grandma's house. They served just about anything you could think of for breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, ham, pancakes, french toast, OJ and coffee. Oh, and how could I forget the biscuits and gravy. WOW, that's all I can say about the biscuits. Grandma, eat your heart out.
I can not say enough good things about The Waters Edge. If you don't believe me just check it out for yourself. |
