Poor service - don't care about individual customers
The campground is not too bad, the slugs, ants and mosquitos aside. But the staff especialy General manager Stan showed that he does not care about the customers. We had a reservation error by the staff there for our second night (the site was double booked and we were being forced to pack up and vacate the site) and when Stan was called in to straighten it out he said Oh well, I will talk to the staff, then walked away from us. There was not sorry for our mix up, no lets see what we can do for you, no customer service at all. When I went to talk to Stan later, he turned his back on me, Guess that one customer is nothing to him! I will not be returning and anyone who asks I will tell not to go there, their error and attitude ruined a good weekend!
