Friendly & Courteous
My family travelled to the Fairway Holiday Park for a weekend break, November 2006. Following a nighmare journey over (primarily thanks to the rail company), we finally arrived at the park at 10.30 on a cold Friday evening. The gentleman who met us was friendly, courteous and understanding of our travel difficulties - our check in was undertaken with the minimum of fuss, and we were promptly shown to our caravan. The gentleman even switched the heating on for us.
After unloading in our 'van, we quicky ajourned to the the clubhouse, where a friendly and courteous welcome greeted us - news of our travel nighmare having spead quickly. The club manager went out of his way to quickly cook the kids something to eat despite the fact that it was gone 11 pm and the caterling facilities were long closed.
