Brilliant holiday at Hendra
A brilliant 10 day hol at Hendra with extended family. What a great place! Two of our families had a top of the range caravan..superb, and three families had budget range and we struggled to find the difference between them, apart from size and content! Everywhere is immaculate, so clean and the staff are sooo freindly. Our kids couldn't get enough of the kids club and the entertainment was great too, very funny comedian. Family favourites was the indoor pools, couldn't get them out of there, the train and the club, and pizzas from the pizza cafe! Town and beaches very close, we loved Dairyland and the Zoo both nearby, and Fistral beach surfing even though its was a bit cold! We've booked for next year and my sister has booked again for this July. Thoughly recommended park, fantastic value for money, genuinely family orientated (no groups of noisy singles!), and has everything you'd need.

Great location shame about the airport
Went to this place through mates recommendation. The bar was a bit pricey but not that much maybe an extra 10p on a drink. Caravans were all that I expected. park was close to town and close to Morrissons/Mcdonalds. I’d definitely go back.

Award winning site got complacent !
Top price caravan rented but it was tired and in need of serious refurbishment. The club was too small for the number of people on the site making it very difficult to get a seat, although it saved on the lungs (really smokey) and on the pocket (expensive).
Its a decent looking park a couple of miles from Newquay.Everything is extra including the pool where you have a time limit governed by a coloured band. They offered us a discount off our next booking to compensate for the substandard Caravan. Thanks, but once bitten twice shy..
We think they have been a victim of their own success and let standards slip.

Nice park shame about accommodation
Booked top caravan for week. The carpets, curtains floor and seating badly soiled. Smelled old & stale. Rusty radiators and fridge. Damaged work surfaces and flooring. Mattresses were old worn and uncomfortable.
Nice park. Pricey drinks. Nice pool altough this is extra.
Very smokey club. Non smoking area in pub not enforced. No safety catches on pull down beds. Radiator adjusters left uncovered ie bare metal.
No alternate accomodation.
Very dissapointed !
