Fantastic camping experience!
I recently visited Waldegraves with my wife and two young children (2&5) and had a fantastic time. We booked up nice and early and asked to be put near the children's play areas, which we were. Our pitch, number 6, was within viewing distance of two great play areas and the football pitch. The smaller play area was perfect for the little one and my boy and I spend a lot of the time playing football right near to the tent! We enjoyed karaoke on the Friday night in the clubhouse. The bar is huge and the entertainment staff were really good. The restaurant, which I was informed has been recently refurbished, is very impressive. We first went in for breakfast on Saturday morning. The menu is very varied. The kids had beans on toast & I had scrambled eggs and smoked kippers on toast!! We were so impressed, we even went back for dinner. The swimming pool looked lovely, though we didn't use it. There are lakes and a beach there and the staff are friendly and more than helpful.
