Friendly Welcome
Friendly and welcoming. The cost is average for a caravan £14.50 for August. Location was a 10 minute drive to St Annes or Blackpool front, shops also a 10 minute drive. (B & Q very close) The site was quiet, well kept, clean and well lit. Free showers although dated they were plenty of hot water. New shower block is being built. Ideal for touring the area. The only thing we didn't like was the dog walkers (not the dogs), although there are areas for dogs, some dog owners would walk their pets round the block of caravams or on the small park area for the children, not pleasant for the children, but this was not a reflection on the owners of the site but of the few pet owners.

Very dissatified
We booked this site some weeks early and we asked for a certain pitch, however on arrival we were told that the pitch was not available we weren’t happy, we asked the grand kids to go to the shop for some milk, they came back and said it doesn’t sell anything anymore, closed down, told us to go to Tesco. We were here last year and we were quite taken aback by the previous management who even ordered us morning papers, the new management are simply not interested in anything and the showers were not too clean to say the least. It is the last time I will visit this site. It is a shame, we have enjoyed it in the past out of ten I would consider it a 2 with the present management.
